So, what's the deal with Shirt Mocker?
We design the shirts and we run this end of the website, but we use a company called Spreadshirt to actually print the shirts and fulfill our orders.

Durable Print + Stylish Fit
Are these shirts digital transfers like at Cafe Press?
No, absolutely not. Our shirts use a much nicer printing method known as Flex printing. Instead of using digital transfers to convert bitmaps into designs, like Cafe Press, Spreadshirt allows us to use their crazy machines to apply highly durable richly colored inks onto fabric in vector based designs. All our designs use this Flex printing technique.

- high durability
- no color-fading in the laundry
- smooth, even surface of the print
- to be ironed inside out, do not iron directly on the print
- Flex retains its colors long throughout a life of regular washing at 40°C.
What size should I buy?
What size should I buy if I'm a guy...
The Hanes and Fruit of the Loom shirts are our standard t-shirt sizes, but the American Apparels tend to run a little small.
What size should I buy if I'm a girl...
Our women’s tees are more of a youthful fit. That means they are meant to be tight or form fitting. They are also shorter than the mens/unisex tees we carry. So if you want a girly tee get the women’s style shirt. If you want a more traditional, looser traditional t-shirt get the men’s style
Your Order - Yes, Sir!
I have not received my order confirmation... help!
After submitting your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. This confirmation is sent within minutes after an order is placed. If you do not receive this confirmation, it is most likely due either to technical problems or an error in your e-mail address (e.g. typo). In this case, please e-mail our friendly Service Team to let us know that you haven't received your order confirmation e-mail. Be sure to provide us with the full name, e-mail address and street address used in the order as well as the order date.
My order says complete but I never got my t-shirts?
If you placed your order in the last couple days, just sit back and wait for another day or two. Generally, for standard shipments it takes between 2 and 10 mailing days. Most international customers experience shipping times between 1 week and 8 weeks and are subject to delays from customs.
Prices in the USA, Canada and abroad
For shipping to the United States, the stated prices are final. They include the sales taxes. Shipping and handling are billed separately and shown separately on the invoice.
Since the t-shirts are shipped from the U.S., international orders are subject to delays from customs and/or tariffs. For customers outside the United States, including Canada, all stated prices are net prices. That means that you may have to shell out an extra 5 to 10 dollars in import duties and taxes when you pick up your t-shirt at the post office. We know it sucks, but there's nothing we can do about it.

Cancelling your order
A new order can be cancelled or changed without any problem only if the production process has not yet begun.
To find out whether your order has been processed, log into your account online where it is possible to view the status of your order. The link to your order status page can be found in your order confirmation email. If your order is labeled “wait” or as “new”, you will be able to cancel your order.
If you would like to change your order, please contact our customer service by phone before your order begins production. Once it begins production, you can no longer make any changes. You can reach us at 1-800-381-0815 Monday - Friday 8:00am-7:00pm EST.
Fair Return Policy
Every ordered product is created just for you. Because they are custom made, returned goods cannot be resold and are donated or thrown away.
Promise:
* If we make a mistake, we will send you a replacement or refund your money.
* If you make a mistake with your order, call us and we will see what we can reasonably do to help you get the shirt you want.
Should a mistake arise, we kindly ask that you contact us within 30 days to coordinate an acceptable solution. Please include your order number and a detailed explaination of the problem. You can reach us at 1-800-381-0815 Monday - Friday 8:00am-7:00pm EST.
Still haven't received your merchandise yet?
After your order has been shipped you will receive an e-mail confirming the shipment. If - whatever the reason - you feel that your order has not been received in the proper timeframe, please contact our friendly Service Team. We kindly ask that should this be the case, you let us know no later than 6 weeks after ordering.
